REFUND RULES

1. Our Services last for 10 days, if 10 days elapsed since the payment, unfortunately we can’t offer Refund.
2. Refund will only be provided if consultation is not provided within 5 days of booking appointment for any reasons beyond the capacity of service provider for consultation and refund is requested by user.

3. If user has availed consultation for specified time and duration, no refund is possible.
4. To complete our Services/Refund we require proof of payment. If Refund is requested within 10 days then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days depending upon various processes.
5. All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and/or the payment gateway.
